He suggested expanding a part of my attic duct work which was exact opposite of what the Levy experts recommended at the time I did the sustem upgrade a couple years back. So that was a little frustrating. Also, for doing the annual maintenance program inspection, it would be preferable to allow me to schedule an afternoon appointment even though I have three zones. The inspection only takes an hour in total, so why can't I also have the afternoon time slots to use for scheduling purposes?"

"I think the technician did a good job, but feel the labor charged was high. I scheduled a 6 month check, plus needed the A/C looked at because it was not cooling. A part needed to be replaced and it was under warranty but the labor charge was $260 in addition to the $79 charge for 6 month check. The replacement of the part took about 5 minutes. I think the labor charge was high."

"I was encouraged to buy a new furnace but was not given a written proposal and description of the equipment. This makes comparison shopping difficult. See your question 10. It's hard to tell if Levy is a good value with competitive pricing when all you are told is you need a new furnace and the cost is $6,000. I had to ask for a description of the furnace and was emailed a picture. I have been a Levy customer for over 33 years. But the company has changed. The focus is clearly sales and marketing. Years ago, if Levy said I needed a new furnace, then I'd get a new furnace. I don't feel that way anymore."

"I cannot believe this company offered me a survey. No way will I ever go through this company for plumbing or anything for that matter. But I will tell everyone I know to steer clear and beware. Called for a problem. Plumber didnt do his due diligence. $6875 (some badgering from the plumber, a TRIP to the office to see the management, another plumber coming out and putting a band aid on the ORIGINAL issue) later and the problem still exists. But hey, like the original plumber said they did a fantastic job on the half job. Im super surprised I received a survey. Very funny. Plumber kept telling me the COMPANY was very upset that he didnt charge me more. The plumber only showed up after I called the office to report him. The plumber ALWAYS told me he was busy with other clients. The plumber didnt look at both outlets. Blamed it on the roots, but isnt it his job to check both outlets since I told him I couldnt flush tissue down the toilet? Even ASKED him if I could flush tissue down the toilet after he was done with the job and he said YES. I had to go to the office to ask that someone come out and cut the pipes sticking up out of my driveway. A joke. They left the front yard dug up with dirt and a safety hazard wide open for 4 days! They came to dig up the yard and was done on Friday. Plumber didnt come back out until Tuesday. I was told by management that I needed to keep pressing when asking to speak to a manager. When I called and asked to speak to a manager, the office personnel wouldnt transfer me but instead told the plumber. The plumber then calls me and says I heard you called the office. How scary is that? If the plumber would have looked at the other outlet, I would have been able to assess if I wanted to continue services. I felt like he charged me $6875, then wanted to charge me the same amount for the same problem, to make up for what he said as not charging me enough . Like I said. A joke. I doubt if my comments make it any further, but I will still tell my side. If the plumber argues, I have proof. Video and pictures."

"William, the service technician who responded, really did not seem very well trained/informed about (Rheem) TANKLESS waterheaters, which was the issue/concern. He needed to go to website to determine the error-code we were getting, and was incorrect/confused between error code 11 (low gas-flow) and error code 12 (which we were getting on our problem). He did perform quality standard maintenance - but informed me that my TWH was not included/covered under the maintenance-plus agreement I had signed with Levy. William told me I should call the manufacturer next-time I have problems. I was very disappointed, as your service up to this point has been flawless. You were more than happy to seel me an $1800 add-on to my TWH 2 years ago, but since then the support seems less than thorough."

"I can't answer the question because they have done nothing so far. Every repair person that has been here has been nothing but friendly and polite. The management is entirely different. They won't return my phone calls to let me know when they will be here to finish the job. This is day 5 with no a/c. It is totally out of my control - they won't speak to me. I have no idea why. As I say, every repairman was friendly and polite. We had no issues."
