Luke was dispatched for routine 6 month HVAC ecosystem health inspection, and the brought the most comprehensive observations and heightened capacity to communicate them we've experienced in more than a decade with Levy & Son Service Experts. He welcomed me to stay at his side throughout the equipment inspection so that he could point out details showing wear and tear. Far from alarmist, Luke offered great perspective on how much time we had to address the underlying issues for these warning signs, how much we can expect to pay as well as the contributing factors and subsequent impact of areas that were in need of improvement. Furthermore, Luke shared his thoughts about our water heater next to the HVAC even though it wasn't part of the scheduled visit for covered service. The trust and peace of mind he left me feeling today is reason for me to make Luke the first tech I'll request by name for future visits.

Sorry, Levy & Son. I see lots of good reviews here, but my experience won't allow me to write one like those. First, I Googled someone to fix my Heatilator gas fireplace and your business popped up. If you don't service this brand, you shouldn't be optimizing for it. Then, I called and asked the person who answered the phone whether you serviced Heatilator and would come out to Flower Mound. The answers were yes on both. Then, your techs showed up at the house, decided there was no gas leak, jiggled a wire and diagnosed a short and told me to call an electrician. They were here for all of 5-10 minutes and charged me $162.50 and I was supposed to feel good about it because that represents a $50 "discount." And yet, I still have the problem and still need to find someone to fix it. I've called your company twice to discuss this and left two messages, but never heard back. I'm giving you one star for jiggling the wire. Dec. 8 - Just heard from Ruben at Levy & Son. He apologized and just now refunded our money. Thank you! I appreciate you fixing this for us.
